KOHANTIC is a technology consultancy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and through our work with clients, how we use it, and what choices you have. You can reach us at [email protected] with any question about it.

Information we collect

This website is a static site. It does not use cookies, does not run analytics, and does not ask you to create an account. We collect information only when you choose to give it to us:

• Booking a meeting. Our scheduling link is hosted by Cal.com. When you book, you provide your name, email address, and whatever details you include in the booking form. That information is processed by Cal.com under its own privacy policy and shared with us.
• Contacting us by email. If you email us, we receive your address and the contents of your message.
• Working together. During an engagement we may receive access to your systems, data, and accounts. That access is governed by our agreement with you, not by this policy.

Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, including IP addresses and requested URLs, for security and operational purposes.

How we use information

We use what you send us to respond to you, to scope and deliver work, and to keep records required for running the business. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us operate—our scheduling, email, and hosting providers—and only as needed for them to provide that service. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries and correspondence for as long as needed to respond and to maintain business records. Client data accessed during an engagement is retained or returned as set out in the agreement covering that engagement.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information in our care. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable period. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.

Children

This website and our services are intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
